Fairly clean apartment with small balcony and setting in places. Excellant service from the owner. Located in the middle of the alluring city.
The bed - a little hard.

The villa's staff and Mrs. Elena were like family, providing a homely atmosphere. They even stocked food for breakfast since we arrived late. Great location near Kalami beach, with parking and AC. Lovely staff and excellent management by Rita & Helena. Integral fly screens on all windows and doors to protect from mosquitos.
Everything was spot on.

The location of the property was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and all the main restaurants and bars. It was also convenient to have a supermarket right across the road. The welcome pack in the fridge was a nice touch, with drinks and water provided. the terrace had a great view, perfect for enjoying the sunrise.
The lack of communication regarding check-in details, which caused some stress on the day of arrival. the room we were initially put in did not match the pictures shown online, as they belonged to a different property.

We stayed at Villa Rita & Helena in Kalami for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with extra touches like orange juice and water in the fridge and a large bottle of antibacterial gel. The two balconies offered stunning views of the sea, and we loved listening to the boats and people swimming in the mornings. The owner, Margarita, was kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed and even allowing us to stay in another apartment before our evening flight.
Can recommend this hotel.
